Our 5 Step Carpet Cleaning Process

Have your carpet cleaned the new way! There are so many benefits, including:

How do we do it?  Here’s Our 6 Step Low-Moisture Carpet Cleaning Process:

Step 1 – Walk through: First, we will walk through the areas to be cleaned, identify any problem areas such as heavy soiling, pet odors, stains, or damaged carpet in need of repair. If necessary, we’ll talk with you about what can be done to address these issues. You can count on us for a thorough inspection prior to cleaning.

Step 2 – Vacuum: Using our professional grade vacuums, we will deep vacuum and pile lift exposed carpets to remove the loose soiling that may have occurred between cleanings.

Step 3 – Prep: Using our “Green Certified” pre-spotter, we pre-treat all surface spots and stains before we begin cleaning to ensure the best chance of removing tougher stains and high-traffic soiling. If the carpet cleaning technician finds anything that requires a more extensive method of removal, we will let you know and discuss with you the process needed. A good example would be if there were a large ink stain, wine stain, or pet stain that might require more extensive corrective processes.

Step 4 – Cleaning: After pre-treating your carpet, we thoroughly run our state-of-the-art oscillating machine in order to scrub the fibers of your rug clean. We use a mixture of fiber, cotton, and microfiber pads to absorb and extract the soil.

Step 5 – Final Grooming: At Fresh ‘N’ Green Low-Moisture Carpet Cleaning, we believe in leaving your rugs looking fresh when we complete the job.

Our All-Inclusive 6-Step Service is backed by our 30 Day Clean Carpet Guarantee
